Developers based on Hwy 138 may be around the corner from this group of homes, but nonetheless, they have been cited for many violations of safety/land protection measures and at current date, nearly a dozen homeowners have found critical evidence of their properties being compromised from the land disturbance

This community is small but was highly desired until one of its 3 developers decided to strip the front lot which most thought was "green space" and was determined to add a new phase floorplan to fit the modified lot...behind the easement.
