Recent commercial construction for new townhomes by High Point Development is during irreparable harm to the settled community of Mountain View. "Blasting" started late last year and with the failure to install erosion barriers and signatures from unauthorized parties on permits, this activity on Hwy 138 is operating at full compacity and has already devastated potentially dozens of homes. Owners have found major sink holes and/or foundation unsettlement to their yards and exteriors and disturbing shifts with flooring, door connections and counter separations on their interiors.
